How often should I use Tru Ken'Arie Skincare products?

Our products are designed for daily use. However, the frequency depends on your skin type and the specific product.  Generally you will use the products as a daytime and evening time routine. Always follow the instructions provided on the product label and consult with a dermatologist if you have concerns.

 

How do I determine my skin type?

There are four main skin types: normal, oily, dry, and combination. To determine your skin type, wash your face and pat it dry. Wait for an hour and then observe your skin. If it feels tight and appears flaky, it's likely dry. If your T-zone (forehead, nose, and chin) is oily, but your cheeks are dry, you have combination skin. Oily skin will appear shiny all over, and normal skin will feel balanced without excess oil or dryness.

 

Are Tru Ken'Arie Skincare products cruelty-free and vegan?

Yes, Tru Ken'Arie Skincare products are cruelty-free and vegan. We are committed to providing high-quality skincare products without causing harm to animals or using animal-derived ingredients.

 

What is the shelf life of Tru Ken'Arie Skincare products?

Our products have a shelf life of 14-24 months when stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. 

 

How often should I exfoliate my skin?

It's generally recommended to exfoliate your skin 1-2 times per week. However, this may vary depending on your skin type and the exfoliating product you're using. If your skin is sensitive, you may want to exfoliate less frequently. Always follow the instructions on the product label and pay attention to how your skin reacts.

 

Can I use your products if I have sensitive skin?

Tru Ken'Arie skincare is formulated for sensitive skin. Tru Ken'Arie Skincare offers a range of products suitable for different skin types. However, it's important to perform a patch test before using any new skincare product. Apply a small amount of the product on your inner forearm and wait for 24 hours to see if any irritation occurs. If you experience any redness, itching, or irritation, discontinue use.

 

How long does it take to see results from using your skincare products?

Results can vary depending on your skin type, the products you're using, and the consistency of your skincare routine. Generally, it can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks to see noticeable improvements. Consistency is key, so make sure to use the products as directed and remember be patient... this is a marathon not a race. Becoming healthy takes time and effort but it is worth it. 

 

How much do you charge for shipping?

It depends on the size of the order and the shipping address destination. 

 

Do you have a free shipping option?

Yes, anything over $100 will receive free standard shipping. 

 

Which carrier do you use for shipping?

Generally it will be shipped by either USPS or UPS and rarely by FedEx depending on the destination.

 

How long will it take for my order to be delivered to me?

Generally, the order will take between 2-10 business days. 

 

Is a signature required for delivery?

No. In most cases a signature is not required.  

 

Do you charge sales tax on orders through your website?

We are required to charge sales tax in many states throughout the US. If sales taxes are mandated to be collected by your state, they will be calculated at checkout.

 

What if my package or products arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if a product is defective, damaged or the wrong item.

If your package was damaged during shipment, save the products and contact us at customercare@trukenarie.com. Please provide photos of the issue along with as much detail as possible so we could address the problem right away.

Tru Ken'Arie Skincare is not responsible for orders that are damaged during transit.

 

What if my package says 'delivered' but I have not received my package?

Please allow up to 72 hours for the package to be delivered. Some carriers will show “delivered” when the parcel arrives at the local facility, but has not been delivered to your door.

What is your return policy?

Tru Ken'Arie skincare does not currently accept returns per Covid-19 policies.
