Shipping and Delivery

 

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and fulfilled.

Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday-Friday.

You will receive your tracking details when your order has been processed and is ready for collection from the courier.

Tracking information will take 24-48 hours to update. (If you have received your tracking information on a Friday, it may not update until Monday when the package is picked up for shipment).

 

Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or US nationally observed holidays.

 

Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your package upon placing your order.

Due to the holidays, you may experience package delays. We will work directly with the couriers to monitor delivery updates. Please contact the courier directly by using the tracking number included in your confirmation email if you experience any delays.
